What do I do?

I'm a mentor who cheers you on and walks you through healthy lifestyle changes. Being healthy requires more than a healthy diet. One must be happy with all aspects of their life. Jobs, living situations, people and activity levels all affect the nature of a healthy body. When I was sick and in the beginning stages of changing my diet, I detoxed a tremendous amount. It was a little scary. Although I was moving forward by trusting my intuition and knowing that my body was extremely sick and needing to detox, I still would have cherished time spent with someone who I could talk to and who could comfort and support me. During that time in my life, I would have given anything to not feel alone and to know that I was heading down the right path.
Support is a huge aspect of a BIG life change. It's not that you can't change without support, but to know that you aren't alone and that you are loved, makes all of the difference in healing.
Making healthy life changes doesn't have to be scary and you don't have to be alone during these times.

As a health mentor, my goal is to help families make a smooth transition into a healthier lifestyle. Family life is hectic and schedules are usually overflowing. Time is limited. I work with families to come up with personalized menus and healthy changes that work for them and that help to incorporate healthy daily habits for both the parents and the children.


I've received my training at Institute for Integrative Nutrition's progressive and cutting edge health coach program based out of New York City.  During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories that are researched around the world. I have learned so much about nutrition and overall wellness, along with physical and mental health.  The human body and mind is both powerful and magical and after healing my own illness, I knew I had to find work that would let others know how powerful their self-healing abilities are.

I've learned that not everyone is the same, therefore you can't use a cookie-cutter approach when it comes to diet and lifestyle.  Bio-individuality is really important when it comes to figuring out what works for someone.

 Together, we will look at your families diet and any allergies that may exist.  Relationships, fitness levels, passions, career choices and the spiritual connection to the mind, body and soul is also important, especially for parents.  All of these things must come together so that your family can be truly happy, feel fulfilled and thrive.
